Aaron Frederickson handles all aspects of workers' compensation litigation and subrogation issues arising from workers' compensation claims.  In working on these matters, Aaron has recognized the implications of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act on settling cases in the areas of automobile, general liability, and workers' compensation claims.  He has since published articles on this topic and is a frequent lecturer before various insurance companies, trade organizations, and other law-related seminars.  He is also a charter member in the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals and is a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant-Certified.  Aaron is currently the firm's Pro Bono Coordinator.

Prior to joining the firm, Aaron worked at the Office of the Ramsey County Attorney-Child Support Enforcement Division.

When he is not at work, Aaron enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, reading, and playing soccer.  He is also a licensed youth soccer coach through the United States Soccer Federation.
