In listening to businesses, we understand the financial necessity of reducing legal costs. To that end, we attempt a constructive and cooperative approach of litigation management. Through customized billing, specialized reporting, a variety of communication options, and creative fee arrangements, we work with businesses to come up with a reasonable arrangement. As an example, we recently entered into a unique contract with one of our major insurance clients to serve as its "in-house" law firm. We saved the company considerable time and money by avoiding setting up and administering its own in-house program for a fee based on a predesignated percent of the earned premiums. We also have used annual retainers, flat fee agreements, and several other innovative agreements to meet the unique needs of our clients.
