New Attorneys


Mark Brown joined Arthur Chapman in March 2006 and practices in aBrown wide variety of civil litigation matters. These matters range from construction, products liability, insurance coverage, and environmental matters, to personal injury, commercial litigation and subrogation. He has been named a Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.

 

 

Jeanette Cogelow has been practicing law Cogelowsince 2003 and joined Arthur Chapman in August of 2005.  Jen practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, focusing on insurance coverage issues, motor vehicle accident litigation, and defending construction defect claims.  Jen is an excellent writer and has argued motions before both the state and federal court on a variety of topics including construction defect, premises liability, dram shop, and professional negligence claims. Jen also has experience arguing at the Court of Appeals.  Jen is committed to providing her clients with excellent legal representation.  Prior to becoming an attorney Jen was US Representative David Minge's district scheduler and military academy coordinator and later worked as a mediator in Attorney General Mike Hatch's office.

Patty Wisecup is an associate at Arthur, ChapmaWisecupn, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A. who will focus her practice in commercial litigation, medical malpractice, intellectual property, and auto liability litigation. Patty comes to the profession with a dedication and commitment to be an indefatigable advocate for her clients and to provide them with excellent legal representation. Prior to becoming an associate in 2005, Patty was a registered nurse for twenty years with a focus in the intensive care unit, emergency room, and operating room.  She worked through agencies at several Twin Cities Metro hospitals including:  Unity; HCMC; Fairview University; North Memorial; Methodist and was most recently employed full-time at Centennial Lakes Surgery Center in Edina, MN.

New Paralegals

KleinKellie Klein joined Arthur, Chapman in July 2005.  She works in the areas of Automobile, Construction Litigation, and General Liability Law.  Kellie has worked as a paralegal since 2002 primarily on automobile injury and product liability cases for plaintiff claims.

Melissa Mandyck joined Arthur, Chapman in June 2005. She works in the areas of automobile litigation, commercial litigation, general liability, and workers' compensation. Prior to joining the firm she worked in a law firm where she specialized in workers' compensation insurance defense.

 

 

mmmMegan McManus joined Arthur, Chapman in June 2005.   She works primarily in the area of Motor Vehicle Liability Law.  She assists in representing insureds in third-party liability cases and in representing insurers in the handling of uninsured, underinsured and no-fault claims.  Prior to joining the firm, Megan worked as a paralegal in securities arbitration.  Currently, she attends Hamline University to obtain her B.A degree in Legal Studies.
