Blake Duerre concentrates his practice in defense matters involving products liability, professional liability, and commercial litigation. His experience in the area of products liability includes defending industrial equipment, agricultural and consumer products, and medical devices. Blake has litigated professional liability claims involving physicians, accountants, engineers, architects, appraisers, and bank professionals, and other commercial claims. Blake enjoys trying cases throughout Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, where he has earned a reputation as a tenacious litigator. He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association. Blake is recognized for his ability to provide clients with an early case evaluation and overall case handling strategy, allowing clients to quickly decide on whether a case should be settled, submitted to ADR, or tried to a jury.
