Paul Darsow has experience representing clients as both an appellate and trial lawyer. During the past seven years, Paul has combined his considerable knowledge of the law and court procedures with his significant skill in oral and written communication to obtain outstanding results for his clients in both the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He has put those same skills to work in state and federal trial courts, resulting in success for many of his clients. Paul has also helped numerous clients achieve favorable settlements through numerous arbitrations and mediations.
Paul's practice is focused primarily on cases involving premises liability, employment law, liquor liability, and products liability issues. He also has extensive experience defending clients in automobile cases involving bodily injury claims, no-fault claims, and uninsured and underinsured coverage issues.
Paul has been named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics for 2008. He currently serves as co-chair of the firm's General Liability Practice Group.
