Lee Miller is a shareholder who enjoys a diverse area of practice representing and trying cases on behalf of railroad companies, corporations, and insurance carriers and their insureds in several areas of law, including Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), automobile law, premises liability, and commercial litigation. A large portion of his practice is associated with niche areas such as railroad, rental vehicle, and trucking law.
He has been named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine for the years 2001 through 2007 and was named a Super Lawyer for 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. Lee is available to educate and guide clients through the complex maze that isMinnesotalaw. He currently serves as Co-chair of the firm's Commercial Transportation Practice Group and is a member of the Automobile Law, Construction Law, and General Liability Practice Groups. Lee and his wife, Jennifer, live in St. Pauland enjoy spending time with their dogs, Abbey and Maggie, and cheering on the Golden Gophers.
