Mike North's practice is currently devoted entirely to construction cases involving both residential and commercial buildings. Mike has also gained a significant level of experience in handling mold claims. In these cases, Mike has represented general contractors, stucco applicators, and carpenters, but most often represents window manufacturers. Mike's legal experience also includes work in a variety of other areas, including intellectual property, contract matters, business valuation, defending consumer-related lawsuits, banking litigation, automobile financing and bonding issues, and products liability. He also has experience in the areas of automobile and general liability litigation, insurance coverage, and rental car issues.
