As Co-Chair of the Business Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Sorge assists corporate and individual clients in a wide range of federal and state court litigation and arbitration, including unfair business practices litigation, construction litigation, intellectual property litigation, employment and non-compete litigation, commercial contract litigation, and automobile litigation. Mr. Sorge has tried and arbitrated in excess of 30 cases including cases involving insurance coverage, automobile liability and No-Fault insurance.
