Barbara A. Benton Barbara Benton has worked for Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A. for over 36 years in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, and products liability. She has extensive litigation support experience having developed numerous customized case management and database applications for a variety of clients. Her knowledge of computer graphic software has also been extensively utilized within the firm in preparing exhibits for use at settlement negotiations, trial, and mediation. Barb is also experienced in the use of electronic trial presentation software. She is a past president of the Minnesota Paralegal Association. Barb is also a pilot and flight instructor who periodically provides corporate pilot services to our attorneys resulting in a cost savings for clients. |
