Mark has the distinct advantage and privilege of having been exposed to a vast array of substantive legal matters. Clients call on Mark and his experience litigating, trying, arbitrating, and arguing a variety of cases from appellate panel cases involving fires, fraud, No-Fault issues, dog bites, sex abuse, wrongful death, trucking law, complex tort, slip-and-falls, UM/UIM, products liability, municipal law, malpractice, lead exposure, construction defect and site accidents. Mark also works with railroad clients to defend against FELA and other claims. Mark’s varied background uniquely positions him to respond promptly and accurately to the needs of clients, whatever those needs may be.

Mark is described as tenacious and is as comfortable in the court room as he is assisting a client behind-the-scenes to resolve a matter. Mark has several trial successes under his belt and continues to use his growing court room experiences to guide clients to the most successful outcome possible.
