Lee enjoys consulting for a variety of clients such as railroad companies, trucking companies, corporations and small businesses. He also handles litigation and trials in the areas of the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA), ADA, FMLA and other employment statutes. He has litigated numerous cases throughout his career in the areas of automobile law, premises liability, products liability, commercial litigation, construction liability, railroad liability and trucking liability. A large portion of Lee’s practice is associated with niche areas such as employment, railroad and trucking law. He advises on regulations and compliance with OSHA citations. Lee also is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice and available to mediate cases involving personal injury including automobile, general liability, railroad, and trucking.

Lee currently serves as Chair of the firm’s Commercial Transportation Practice Group and is a member of the Automobile Law, Construction Law, Employment, and General Liability Practice Groups.

Lee and his wife, Jennifer, live in St. Paul and enjoy spending time with their dogs, Percy and Winnie, and cheering on the Golden Gophers.
