Allison Krueger assists her commercial transportation and railroad litigation clients through full-service litigation. Allison represents railroad companies in Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) litigation. Her work also includes advising insurance companies and their insureds on issues involving general liability matters, personal injury, and automobile litigation.
Stephanie focuses her practice on representing a wide array of clients in the construction industry, including developers, construction managers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. She litigates cases involving construction defects and delays, as well as counsels clients on risk management, loss transfers, and internal governance issues. She is a frequent speaker at seminars and industry events on the topics of spoliation and e-discovery.
