The American Arbitration Association will be moving to a new location as of September 14, 2020. Therefore, future denial of No-Fault benefits letters sent on and after September 14, 2020 must include the new address. Here is sample language for your denial letters with the required information pertaining to the American Arbitration Association office, and contact information for filing Minnesota No-Fault Arbitration.
“Under the Minnesota No-Fault Statute, you have the right to demand arbitration of any payments in dispute up to $10,000 through the American Arbitration Association. Information on arbitration procedures may be obtained from the American Arbitration Association at 100 S. Fifth Street, Suite #1900, Minneapolis, MN 55402, or via email at minnesotanofaultarbinfo@adr.org. Please note that __________ Insurance Company is not bound to submit any claim over $10,000 to voluntary arbitration with the American Arbitration Association.”
