PARALEGAL
Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala P.A. is a midsize law firm with a long history of supporting work-life balance. We have an opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join one of our busy Practice Groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Request, organize, and summarize medical and employment records
• Handle various aspects of discovery
• Conduct factual investigations and prepare basic calculations
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and IME (Independent Medical Examination) letters
• Support attorneys in all stages of case preparation and management
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Minnesota workers’ compensation or medical-related law
• Exceptional proofreading, grammar, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a positive, professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and performing well under pressure

At Arthur Chapman, we provide a competitive compensation package, reflective of experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, and 401k with a safe harbor allocation after one year of service.
