Nick’s practice focuses on construction law and helping clients navigate the many obstacles in the construction industry. While Nick’s practice has primarily been in active litigation, he also enjoys working with clients to minimize their future liabilities and resolve issues before a case ever gets filed. He has worked with developers, construction managers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Nick has an undergraduate degree from New York University and earned his J.D. from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Nick is a member of the Legal Leadership Network and currently serving as the organization’s membership committee chair.
