Assisting clients with the defense of civil matters, Blake concentrates his practice in areas of products liability and workers’ compensation subrogation. With more than 25 years of experience, Blake provides sound advice and counsels clients, working to solve problems with practical, realistic solutions.
Blake enjoys trying cases throughout Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, while continuing to develop a strong national subrogation practice. Building on a reputation as a successful and tenacious litigator, he is recognized for his ability to provide clients with an early case evaluation and overall case handling strategy. Clients can then quickly decide whether a case should be settled, submitted to ADR, or tried to a jury. Blake demonstrates his commitment to helping clients find the best course of action on everything from the most simple matter to the most complex of claims.
