Colby Lund is a retired shareholder of ACKSP and is no longer engaged in the active practice of law. This biography is maintained as part of the firm’s history.
Colby Lund has been a shareholder in the firm since 1989. He concentrates his practice in defense matters involving construction defect, liquor liability, foodborne illness, and trucking claims in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He represents several insurers and self-insured companies involved in these areas.
Clients recognize Colby for his ability to provide an early evaluation and case handling strategy enabling clients to make informed decisions as to whether a matter should be tried or submitted to ADR. He enjoys the courtroom and has tried a great number of cases to conclusion with excellent results.
Colby is a certified trial specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and is an active member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA). He is a certified member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and selected as a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
