Erica A. Weber

Erica’s brings over 20 years of practice assisting employers, insurers in insurance defense, workers compensation and employment law to our team. Her experience as national trial counsel for clients in the retail and hospitality industry provides the background to successfully guide matters to the best outcome for her clients, whether through trial or reaching a resolution by settlement.

Erica graduated from Lawrence University and obtained her J.D. from Marquette University. She is admitted to the state bars of: California (inactive status), Colorado, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court admissions in Colorado and Minnesota.  

When not at work, Erica enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family.
