Greg Duncan has more than 25 years of litigation experience, focusing his practice in the areas of personal injury defense, premises liability, construction law, and business litigation. Clients recognize Greg for his zealous advocacy on their behalf and his attention to detail, but also for his practical and no-nonsense approach to successfully resolving disputes and obtaining excellent results for his clients. Whether the case is small or large, Greg believes that every client deserves the same high quality, thorough, and cost-conscious legal representation. He has considerable trial and arbitration experience and represents clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and works from both our Minnesota and Wisconsin offices. Greg is a regular author and speaker on civil litigation, personal injury and construction law topics.  

In his free time, Greg enjoys tennis, cycling and spending time with his wife and their two children.
