Jennifer R. Augustin

Jennifer lives and works in south-central Wisconsin and devotes her practice to worker’s compensation claims in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. Since 2011, she has enjoyed working closely with employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators to navigate the many nuances of the claims they face. Before that, she worked on the employee side of claims, an experience that gives her a unique perspective when approaching her cases. She is always happy to help with any question, big or small, from an initial compensability issue to pre-litigation investigation, litigation strategy and beyond.

Outside of work, Jennifer is busy chauffeuring her three young kids to various activities, but also enjoys staying active, reading for fun and attending trivia nights at local spots with friends and family.
