Biography
After dedicating more than forty years to the practice of law, Mr. Arthur retired in November 2015. Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A. is grateful for Lindsay’s leadership. There is no doubt he will have much success in his post-practice adventures.
