Melissa K. Rislov

Melissa focuses her practice in medical malpractice on the professional liability team. The medical malpractice team is excited to welcome another talented female attorney on the team! She has experience in civil litigation representing various insurers on a variety of matters including coverage litigation for first-party and third-party claims as well as fraud investigation and litigation. Melissa also served as Judicial Law Clerk (Civil and Criminal) for the Honorable William R. Howard, 4th Judicial District, State of Minnesota.

Melissa received her Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law. She is licensed in Minnesota. 

Outside of work, she enjoys exercise classes, home repair projects, gardening, spending time with family, and watching sports.
