Mike has a national workers’ compensation subrogation practice, handling cases from the initial claim through trial and appeal. He is an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and has served as a faculty member at its national conventions.

Mike’s diverse law practice includes the development and finance of senior housing cooperatives and the representation of these entities.

Mike also represents insurance companies and their insureds in civil litigation matters, including general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and professional liability claims. He has extensive jury trial experience in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and has produced outstanding results for his clients. Prior to joining the firm, he served as staff counsel to a major insurance company. He is committed to providing his clients with excellent legal representation in an efficient manner.
