Michelle D. Christensen

Michelle is a seasoned litigator with more than 25 years of experience representing clients in complex disputes across Minnesota and Missouri. Her practice focuses on business litigation, insurance coverage, and appellate advocacy. She is known for delivering practical, strategic counsel and achieving strong results in high-stakes matters. Clients value her clear communication, sound judgment, and ability to navigate challenging cases efficiently.

Michelle represents clients at every stage of a dispute, from early evaluation and case strategy through trial and appeal. Her experience spans insurance coverage, commercial and construction disputes, tort claims, and other complex litigation. She also regularly appears in administrative proceedings and has successfully argued cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

In addition to her practice, Michelle is a frequent speaker on emerging legal issues and regularly presents at seminars and Continuing Legal Education programs.

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys running, hiking, solving puzzles, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family.
