Selma’s practice focuses on construction law. She has experience assisting with construction defect claims, contract and scope‑of‑work disputes, and mechanic liens. Selma also supports clients through pre‑litigation strategy, claim evaluation, and dispute resolution. Selma is bilingual and fluent in English and Bosnian.
Prior to joining the firm, Selma worked on personal injury matters and gained valuable experience in workers’ compensation, estate planning, and transactional work. This broad background allows her to bring a practical, well‑rounded perspective to construction disputes and to understand how litigation strategy intersects with business objectives and risk management.
In her leisure time, Selma enjoys reading, tending to her orchids (four varieties) and enjoys exploring the vintage boutiques and soaking up the sunshine while people‑watching on dog‑friendly patios.
