Timothy J. Carrigan

Tim defends product manufacturers, railroads, contractors and fuel gas industry clients in cases involving property damage and serious personal injuries. With experience in the industry and an engineering education, Tim is a quick-study when it comes to learning about technical issues in complex cases. 

Every case is different. Tim has the skills and experience to tell simple cases and complex cases apart. He places special emphasis, at the start of each case, on selecting the right resources to ensure that each client will receive a well-planned, well-executed and cost-effective defense.  

When Tim is not in the office or driving his children to birthday parties and sporting events, he is known to brew an occasional batch of beer.
