Arthur Chapman has announced the election of Corey S. Bronczyk and Beth A. Prouty as shareholders.

Corey partners with general contractors, subcontractors, and other construction industry stakeholders to avoid and manage construction claims and other construction-related legal challenges. Clients and colleagues call on Corey for his strong advocacy, legal research and writing skills, and his deep knowledge of the construction industry. In addition to his experience in the legal industry, Corey has significant experience working in the construction industry on residential, commercial, and institutional building projects, in both trade and management positions.

Beth focuses her practice on insurance coverage, and also handles appellate, commercial and personal auto, business litigation, employment law, and general litigation matters. Whether it be writing a coverage opinion, dispositive motion, or appellate brief, or advocating in court on client’s behalf, Beth uses in-depth research and analysis to convey complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Beth has significant experience in complex motion and appellate work, and has briefed and argued multiple appellate cases in federal and state court, and clerked for the Honorable Alan C. Page, Helen M. Meyer, and Christopher J. Dietzen at the Minnesota Supreme Court.
